Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Warehouse Solutions Lead to drive SAP WM configuration and support across inbound, outbound, and inventory management in a global delivery context. You will orchestrate workshops, define warehouse structures, and coordinate with SAP MM, EWM, and ABAP teams to ensure smooth deployments and upgrades.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvements in large-scale warehouse operations.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory movements and stock accuracy.
• Configure inventory counting procedures.
• Support cycle count and physical inventory processes.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and warehouse exceptions.

SAP S/4HANA & EWM Exposure

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects.
• Support migration from SAP WM to SAP EWM where applicable.
• Configure warehouse processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Provide recommendations for warehouse modernization initiatives.

Integration Management

• Work closely with: SAP MM SAP SD SAP PP SAP QM SAP EWM
• Support end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes.
• Resolve cross-functional integration issues.

Project Delivery Lead

• End-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements.
• Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams.
• Conduct: Unit Testing Integration Testing SIT UAT Hypercare Support
• Ensure successful go-live and stabilization activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with warehouse managers, logistics teams, and business stakeholders.
• Provide process recommendations and best practices.
• Manage customer expectations and project deliverables.
• Conduct business process reviews and improvement initiatives.

Documentation & Governance

• Create and maintain: Business Process Documents Functional Design Documents Configuration Documents Test Scripts Training Materials
• Ensure compliance with audit and organizational standards.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Mentor junior consultants and team members.
• Lead knowledge transfer and training sessions.
• Support project estimations and solution planning.
• Participate in pre-sales and proposal activities.

Required Skills

• Functional Skills: Strong expertise in SAP WM configuration and support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• SAP WM Certification preferred.
• SAP EWM Certification is an added advantage.
• SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management experience preferred.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $84,400 - $156,800.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
