Qualifications

• Experience designing, configuring and enhancing SAP Warranty Management in the Auto Industry.
• Experience with warranty claim processing, recall management, authorization, and vendor claim recovery.
• Familiarity with labor code catalogs, work centers, service orders and service notifications.
• Expertise in ABAP debugging within SAP environments.
• Experience with SD Pricing and integration of SAP Warranty with 3rd party systems (Web portals, Open Text).
• Ability to integrate SAP-Warranty with other areas and work on RICEF objects.
• Support prioritization and scheduling of related activities and projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and enhance SAP Warranty Management systems for automotive clients.
• Lead warranty claim processing workflows and recall management processes.
• Integrate SAP-Warranty with external portals and third parties like Open Text.
• Develop and debug ABAP programs to support warranty scenarios.
• Work on RICEF objects within SAP-Warranty scope and prioritize project tasks.
• Coordinate scheduling and delivery of related activities and projects.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and present technical concepts as needed.
