Job summary

Fujitsu Americas in California is seeking a SAP-Warranty Techno Functional Consultant with Auto Industry experience for a remote role with flexible locations.

You will design, configure and enhance SAP Warranty Management, process warranty claims, manage recalls, and handle integrations with 3rd party systems such as Web portals and Open Text.

Strong ABAP debugging skills and excellent written and verbal communication are required to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, configuring and enhancing SAP Warranty Management in the Auto Industry.
• Experience in Warranty claim processing, recall management, Authorization, Vendor claim & recovery Master warranty, Equipment master, VMS.
• Experience in Labor code catalog, Work center, Service order, Service notification.
• Expert in SAP-ABAP to debug Programs.
• Experience in SD Pricing and integration of SAP to 3rd Party systems such as Web portals, Open Text, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and enhance SAP Warranty Management systems.
• Manage warranty claims processing and recalls.
• Handle integrations with third-party systems (Web portals, Open Text).
• Work on RICEF objects in SAP-Warranty area.
• Support prioritization and scheduling of related activities/projects.
