Job summary

The Squires Group is seeking a Test Automation Consultant in Arlington, VA, to support a large-scale ERP modernization initiative. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions, utilizing scripting languages like Java and VB Script, and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position is primarily remote with some travel required. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an Active Secret Clearance. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Competitive compensation starting at $70.54/hour and various benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in test automation, specifically SAP or ERP environments.
• Experience in a federal or highly regulated environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, especially functional and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing solutions to enhance testing processes.
• Create automation scripts and maintain them using various scripting languages.
• Integrate test automation into development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with test scripts and frameworks.
• Maintain documentation of testing standards and automation processes.
