The role focuses on bridging technical and functional SAP requirements, with emphasis on Mini Master and HR modules, and ABAP development to support customization and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless SAP system integration while supporting end-user training and documentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP experience with focus on Mini Master configuration and HR modules.
• Proven ABAP development capabilities for customization and troubleshooting.
• Strong functional SAP experience in HR mini master and related HR areas.
• Excellent communication to liaise between technical teams and users.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure integration of SAP components.
• Configure and develop SAP functionality, especially Mini Master and HR areas.
• Support training and documentation for SAP users.
• Collaborate with technical and functional leads to deliver SAP solutions.
