Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimize SAP PP and IM/EWM within our Plan to Make and Warehousing functions. You will work with stakeholders across Supply Chain to model processes, design integrations, and deploy automated solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.

You will collaborate with IT and product teams, manage SAP delivery activities, and provide end-user training and support.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role overseeing design, development and implementation of software and solutions.
Technical knowledge of SAP PP & IM/EWM; MES systems experience is a plus.
Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools.
Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate requirements into technical language for an agile team.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SAP PP/IM/EWM enhancements.
Maintain integrations within SAP modules and oversee schedules with offshore/vendor support.
Document and diagram business processes; identify more efficient methods.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications within an agile team.
Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed enhancements.
Coordinate end-user tests, training and post-implementation support.
