Job summary
KATBOTZ LLC seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant for remote delivery to support SAP GROW and S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition transformation initiatives. You will implement and optimize SAP SF Learning LMS, manage content, compliance, and certifications while collaborating with HR, L&D, and project teams.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years' SAP SF Learning consulting, hands-on configuration experience, and a proven track record of delivering scalable learning solutions for
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Education, Business, IT).
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Learning consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Strong understanding of Learning & Development, compliance training, certifications, and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions.
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments.
- Configure LMS, Learning Assignments, Curricula, Programs, Certifications, Learning Paths, ILT and online content.
- Support integrations with Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and third-party content providers; migrate data.
- Deliver training and go-live support, plus hypercare and user adoption activities.
