Job summary

NTT DATA's Client is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Specialist to lead end-to-end data conversion from legacy HR systems to SAP SuccessFactors. You will manage extraction, mapping, transformation, cleansing, loading, and post-load validation across multiple migration waves.

Collaborate with HR Data Owners, Technical Developers, Functional Consultants, and System Integrators to ensure 100% data integrity and regulatory compliance throughout all mock loads, SIT, UAT, and go-live

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data migration experience, converting data from Workday HCM to SAP SuccessFactors.
• At least 2 full lifecycle Workday-to-SuccessFactors migration projects completed.
• Solid understanding of core global HR data structures across Employee Central, Global Assignments, and Concurrent Jobs.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end data conversion strategy, extraction rules, mapping specs, and cutover plan from Workday to SuccessFactors.
• Extract data from Workday using EIB, RaaS, or WQL.
• Establish data architecture standards, data security, and compliance controls for candidate and employee records.
