Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration.
• Experience focused on Talent projects and data integration using SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed requirements for Talent projects.
• Analyze Talent processes and identify improvement opportunities using SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.
• Design and implement data integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
• Create comprehensive business requirement documents, process maps, and use cases.
• Develop test plans and validate SAP SuccessFactors integrations against business needs.
