Cardinal Health seeks a seasoned Manager, SAP BRIM Run Operations to lead the BRIM run for the SAP Center of Excellence. You will direct onshore and offshore engineers, ensuring stable, compliant operation across subscription order management, charging, invoicing, and financial integrations.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on optimization of BRIM processes, driving continuous improvement, AI-enabled automation, and end-to-end delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent.
• 8+ years SAP ERP experience with leadership background.
• 3+ years dedicated to SAP BRIM and S/4HANA operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day SAP BRIM Run operations for S/4HANA, ensuring secure, stable platform.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, and enhancement management for BRIM modules.
• Govern SLAs/KPIs with partners; manage system uptime and response times.
