Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Sr. Consultant for Strategic Planning and Execution focused on Order to Cash. You will lead enhancements in LE&I, inventory backorder, substitutions, and allocations tied to SAP functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and change management.

The role requires deep SAP experience, strong influencing skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while coordinating governance and training efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic planning or O2C context.
• Deep SAP LE&I, inventory backorder, substitutions and allocations knowledge.
• Experience with SAP, ServiceNow and JIRA; strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for LE&I, inventory backorder, substitutions and allocations improvements supported by SAP.
• Manage priority list for enhancements and medium/low-priority defects.
• Facilitate charter development and advocate for requested work in Governance meetings.
• Develop and mentor junior team members and grow the Super User Community.
• Coordinate with Organizational Change Management to deploy training.
• Develop Community of Practice and optimize business processes via technology.
• Lead change management in a matrixed organization and quantify improvements.
• Liaise with solution Run owner and support business requirements development.
