Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a lead solution engineer/technical lead to drive the implementation of approved technologies in line with our technical architecture, business plans, and strategy.

You will mentor staff, manage migrations, and collaborate with vendors while delivering customer-centric solutions. The role supports AI initiatives, automation, and continuous improvement, with telecommuting up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 10 years of experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and SAP tech stack.
• Ability to liaison between business and Corporate Information Systems and manage project delivery.
• Strong architecture, planning and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution engineering for approved technologies aligned with architecture and long-term strategy.
• Participate in architecture migrations and maintain vendor/business partner relationships.
• Manage troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure compatibility issues during incidents.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Mentor staff to develop infrastructure development capabilities.
• Support AI-enabled initiatives, automation and technical deliverables.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adoption of modern technologies.
