Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Minimum five years’ experience delivering software solutions in an Agile environment.
• Three years in a leadership role preferred.
• Ability to manage complex technology development concepts and maturity.
• Excellent analytical, consultative, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate collaboratively and build consensus across teams.
