Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical or business discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP systems.
• Experience with SAP and financial systems is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in software engineering, solution engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of architecture principles, integration patterns, data strategy, cloud-native technologies, DevOps, CI/CD, testing automation, observability.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead solution engineer or technical lead for implementation of approved technologies.
• Make recommendations to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Consult on architectural designs to ensure security, maintainability, and flexibility.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Oversee design reviews and frameworks, and ensure alignment with business goals.
