Job summary
Liberty Mutual is seeking an experienced SAP Solutions Engineer to join Global Finance Technology, focused on the SAP and Payment Hub portfolio. The role partners with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and Architects to translate business priorities into scalable, secure technology solutions.
The candidate will lead technical design, mentor engineers, and contribute to architectural standards while operating in a hybrid work setting with travel up to 10%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree; technical Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of SAP experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven leadership in software engineering, solution engineering, or architecture.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, maintainable solutions across multiple applications, platforms, integrations, and data domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP/Finance tech portfolio engineering and delivery.
- Propose architectural designs ensuring security and maintainability.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence across teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance and vendor teams.
- Oversee architecture migrations and design reviews to align with business goals.
- Prototype complex, cross-platform solutions to validate new technologies.
