Job summary

The role focuses on optimizing order-to-cash processes and logistics lifecycle. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, SAP integration, testing, and collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on the job experience.
• 5+ years of professional SAP SD/LE/SCM experience at a consulting level.
• Deep knowledge of the retail industry.
• Deep expertise in SD/LE/SCM configuration (pricing, outputs, etc.).
• Full order-to-cash lifecycle understanding.
• Experience with IDocs, EDI, APIs and SAP integration technologies.
• Ability to lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert SAP SD/LE/SCM consulting and requirements gathering.
• Configure SD/LE/SCM components including pricing, order management, delivery, billing, and shipping.
• Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
• Lead testing efforts and coordinate integrations with external systems.
• Analyze system performance and user feedback to improve SAP functionality.
• Generate and monitor regular SAP reports for reliability and security.
