Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Implementation and Testing Manager to support a major SAP S/4HANA implementation and go-live. This contract role is highly visible and requires hands-on testing leadership across accounting and financial systems.

You will partner with Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams to validate system functionality, data integrity, and financial reporting accuracy throughout planning, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Manager-level experience supporting financial systems implementations, ERP transformations, or accounting system conversions.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing comprehensive testing plans for financial systems.
• Experience with UAT, SIT, Regression Testing, and Defect Management.
• CPA, CMA, or related certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting testing efforts during SAP S/4HANA implementation and go-live activities.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test scripts, test scenarios, and validation procedures.
• Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and post-implementation validation.
• Validate accounting workflows, GL activity, financial reporting, and data integrity.
• Document testing results and coordinate issue resolution and retesting.
