Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Testing Manager to support a major SAP S/4HANA deployment and go-live initiative.

This is a highly visible, hands-on contract role for an accounting and financial systems professional who thrives in fast-paced transformation environments and can drive complex testing and validation activities from planning through post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Manager-level experience supporting financial systems implementations or ERP transformations.
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive testing plans for financial systems.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Regression testing and defect management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data validation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end accounting testing efforts during SAP S/4HANA implementation and go-live activities.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test scripts, test scenarios, and validation procedures.
• Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and post-implementation validation.
• Validate accounting workflows, general ledger activity, financial reporting outputs, and data integrity.
• Document testing results, identify defects, coordinate remediation, and retest.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to validate system corrections.
