Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Testing Manager to support a major SAP S/4HANA implementation and go-live initiative. This is a high-visibility contract role for an accounting and financial systems professional who can drive complex testing and validation from planning through post-go-live stabilization.

The role partners with Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure functional SAP solutions, data integrity, and accurate financial reporting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing testing plans for financial systems.
• Experience in UAT, SIT, regression testing, and defect management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Accounting, Finance, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting testing during SAP S/4HANA implementation and go-live.
• Develop test strategies, scripts, scenarios, and validation procedures.
• Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and post-implementation validation.
• Validate GL activity, financial reporting outputs, and data integrity.
• Document results, manage defects, and coordinate remediation and retesting.
