Job summary

QualityAI is seeking an SAP QA Analyst to join our growing remote team in the United States. The role involves clarifying SAP-related process questions, defects, and follow-up items with client SMEs and coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.

You will support the QualityAI automation team, document responses, and help ensure open questions and dependencies are resolved so testing and automation progress smoothly. 2–4 years SAP QA experience preferred, ideally in retail.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with SAP in QA, testing, support, or functional capacity.
• Experience collaborating with client SMEs and stakeholders.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the QualityAI automation team to understand SAP-related questions, defects, and issues.
• Coordinate with client SMEs to obtain clarification and answers.
• Document responses clearly and share them back with the automation team.
• Help ensure open questions and dependencies are resolved so testing and automation work can continue smoothly.
