QualityAI in the United States is seeking an experienced Enterprise - Program Test Manager to oversee testing across large-scale initiatives. The role combines strategic QA governance with hands-on leadership to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

You will lead SAP test management efforts, align QA plans with client requirements, and guide cross-functional teams through complex engagements, ensuring risk mitigation and clear stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Lead SAP test management across complex enterprise programs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Ownership of RAID log and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated overarching Program Test Management.
• Steer program QA plan and governance with templates and scheduling guidance.
• Own and manage QA RAID log and escalation for testing risks.
• Plan engagement and update Test Approach as needed.
• Define and confirm testing frameworks and guidelines.
• Ensure QA teams align with obligations and timelines.
• Report to client Project Manager for clear stakeholder management.
• Lead daily status meetings and risk management with Amer Sports.
• Prepare Engagement Summary Report and handover documentation.
