Job summary

Chemtrade is seeking a Business Process Owner & SAP SME to lead procurement processes and SAP-enabled execution. You will drive governance, data integrity, reporting, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, change management skills, and extensive SAP ERP experience to enable planning, sourcing, and performance reporting. Remote-friendly role with global exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in the chemical industry preferred.
• Training/experience in six sigma, lean manufacturing or similar certification preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP and related ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic priorities for process ownership, SAP enablement, data governance and continuous improvement.
• Establish and govern process documentation and control artifacts for audit readiness.
• Run structured continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce cost.
• Lead current and future-state design and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Serve as SAP SME for procurement processes and data governance; enable reporting and automation.
