Job summary

CRH is seeking an Enterprise Applications Analyst - Procurement to lead hands-on configuration, security, and enhancements for SAP RTP environments. The role partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver high-quality RTP solutions across procurement and related finance processes.

The position requires 5+ years in cloud-based SAP RTP, SAP S/4 HANA Fiori expertise, and strong analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or similar discipline.
5+ years of experience administering cloud-based applications supporting SAP RTP.
5+ years with SAP S/4 HANA Fiori applications, troubleshooting and enhancements.
Experience with IT service platforms (ServiceNow) and integrations (Mulesoft/WebMethods).
Experience in a manufacturing environment and global operations.
Strong communication, documentation, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

Support SAP RTP enterprise applications with best practices and process optimization.
Understand end-to-end RTP processes: requisitions, POs, approvals, vendor master, goods receipts.
Collaborate with Procurement, AP, Finance, IT and vendors to deliver SAP RTP solutions.
Drive strategy and roadmaps for SAP RTP capabilities and cloud-enabled offerings.
Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP RTP improvements and integrations.
Ensure data integrity across RTP master and transactional data.
Develop training materials and enablement for SAP RTP solutions.
