Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in the United States is seeking a manufacturing support professional to facilitate smooth movement of work orders. You will work with Planners, Supervisors, and Production Associates to meet customer request dates and improve production flow.

The role emphasizes ERP transactions (Oracle), run charts, Kanban practices, and Lean manufacturing improvements in a dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED, experience in manufacturing, preferably, and 5 years minimum relevant manufacturing experience
Strong analytic skills, a high degree of Microsoft Excel knowledge is required
Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
Kanban experience, Oracle software is preferred
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and Kanban Supply Chains
Change Agent with ability to drive process improvements
U.S. Person (for ITAR compliance purposes)

Responsibilities

Transacting work orders through our ERP (Oracle) software
Creating, tracking, and updating production run charts to ensure run rates are met
Take direction from the Planners, Supervisors, and Management
Work across departments to eliminate roadblocks
Support line Associate, allowing them to focus on building parts
Identify opportunities to improve MFG/ERP system with changes related to BOM, Router, Process Steps
Lead lean activities to drive improvements in core KPIs
Clerical work: filing, record keeping, organizing
