Job summary

Softthink Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP MDG EAM Functional Consultant to design, implement, and optimize master data governance for Enterprise Asset Management. You will lead requirement workshops, configure MDG data models, and support data replication across SAP and non-SAP systems.

The role requires 5–10+ years in SAP MDG with S/4HANA EAM/PM exposure, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with BRF+ workflows and DRF integration. Remote-based position in the US.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP MDG in an EAM/PM context.
• Ability to design MDG data models, workflows and BRF+ rules.
• Proven track record in multi-system data governance projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops and translate into MDG designs.
• Configure MDG data models, entities, attributes and relationships.
• Set up change request workflows and BRF+ approvals.
• Define validation rules for data accuracy and governance.
• Maintain data governance standards and quality controls.
• Prepare FDDs and functional specifications.
• Support data replication via DRF and SAP/non-SAP interfaces.
• Drive testing and production support for MDG workflows.
