Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned SAP MDG EAM Solution Lead to design, implement, and govern enterprise-wide asset master data across a multi-plant landscape. You will own MDG EAM architecture, data governance, and integration with SAP S/4HANA EAM, leading cross-functional teams worldwide.

Responsibilities include defining target architecture, configuring data models, BRF+ rules, and replication, while establishing governance cadences and KPIs to ensure data quality and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise MDG EAM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EAM data models, BRF+ rules, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• MDG EAM Solution & Architecture ownership and governance.
• Led global MDG EAM rollout for Equipment and Functional Location data across multiple plants.
• Design MDG target architecture (Hub vs Co deployment) and SAP S/4HANA EAM integration.
• Own end-to-end governance design for asset master lifecycle and define global RACI.
• Configure and harmonize data models, number ranges, and mappings across systems.
• Develop BRF+ validations, workflows, and monitoring dashboards.
