Job summary

HadronGBS is looking for an experienced SAP IS-U/CRM Customer Service Consultant to independently manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot incidents, and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth business processes on a remote basis.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on SAP IS-U CS/CRM experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders. This is a 6-month Time & Material subcontract with immediate joining.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on SAP IS-U Customer Service/CRM experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP IS-U CS/CRM operations.
• Experience with production support and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP batch jobs and scheduling.
• Familiarity with SAP IS-U integrations.
• Understanding of incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily SAP IS-U CRM/Customer Service operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide workarounds while root-cause analysis is in progress.
• Monitor and support SAP batch jobs and scheduling.
• Support SAP IS-U Customer Service/CRM integrations with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements.
• Handle incidents and support timely issue resolution.
