Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for utilities clients. You will translate billing requirements into functional designs across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

Travel up to 40–60% may be required. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver end-to-end billing solutions and provide knowledge transfer to client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; SAP IS-U experience preferred.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, incl. 3+ years hands-on with SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing and production support in utilities.
• Experience configuring SAP IS-U billing schemas, rates, facts, operands, invoicing, and billing-cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze billing requirements across electric, gas, and water utilities.
• Configure and support SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions and master data.
• Configure billing and invoicing, bill-simulation, and related financial postings with FI-CA.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across multiple teams (Device Management, Energy Data Management, FI-CA, etc.).
• Support unit/integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Provide knowledge transfer to client teams and junior staff.
