Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking an SAP GRC Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP security across our SAP landscape. The role focuses on governance, risk, compliance, and identity management for a global manufacturing environment.

You will own GRC architecture, be involved in testing, and partner with executive leadership to align security with business goals. This position requires extensive experience with SAP GRC, BRM, S/4 HANA, Fiori, and integration with SailPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 12 years of SAP Security experience incl. GRC, IDM, S4 HANA, Fiori & SOX.
• 12 years of experience with SAP GRC SoD and rule sets.
• 12 years with SQL and Java including user management, integration and workflow.
• 12 years designing and building SAP roles.
• 12 years combined experience with automatic user management via S/4, GRC, SailPoint.
• 12 years’ experience with BRM and link to PFCG.
• 12 years experience with document approval processes.
• 12 years experience in business processes, SoD compliance, and role design.
• 8 years in SAP GRC v10.01 and 8 years in SAP IdM v8.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee SAP security across SAP systems for projects, BAU, handover and support.
• Own the GRC design, system connectivity and modules (AC/PC).
• Approve and conduct testing; create and maintain test scripts.
• Assess and document compliance and risk posture relating to information assets.
• Provide technical insights on GRC modules and functionality.
• Transform business requirements into GRC-enabled solutions.
• Define solutions in response to client proposals and technical design for SAP GRC functions.
