Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an SAP EHS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of EHS/ESG technology transformation programmes, coordinating cross-functional teams across US/Canada onshore and India offshore. This remote role includes travel to the Bay Area and requires strong programme governance and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in EHS consulting or programme delivery with client-facing PM experience.
• Proven track record delivering multi-workstream EHS/ESG programmes over $1M.
• Hands-on knowledge of Intelex and/or Enhesa configurations and test plans.
• Strong understanding of EHS modules across ESG, Waste, Audit, Training, and Risk.
• PMP or equivalent certification; experience with semiconductor/EHS services preferred.
• Bachelor's in related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for EHS/ESG transformation programmes.
• Define programme plans, WBS, RACI, resources, and dependencies using PM tools.
• Chair governance forums and manage budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Lead 5–15 delivery team members across onshore/offshore locations.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams (Intelex, Enhesa, data migration, training).
• Ensure documentation and runbooks are current and accessible to stakeholders.
• Partner with Resource Management to plan staffing and capacity.
