Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP CS Lead for a remote, 2+ month contract with some travel. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Customer Service solutions, with strong emphasis on integrating CS with SM, OTC, Quoting, and Service Contracts.

Responsibilities include end-to-end service processes, contract management, and warranty handling, aiming to optimize SAP CS/SM solution design and enhancements across modules.

Qualifications

• Must have required skills - SAP CS (Customer Services) Lead, SAP CS, SM, OTC.
• Primary Skill Required for the Role: Experienced SAP CS Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of SAP Customer Service solutions.
• Ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP CS, SAP Service Management (SM), Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, and integrations with Quoting and Service Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer service processes, including service orders, notifications, contracts, and warranties.
• Integrate SAP CS with OTC, Quoting, Service Contracts, and related SAP modules.
• Lead SAP CS/SM solution design, implementation, and enhancements.
