Responsibilities include leading SAP CS process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding incident management and enhancements. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional SAP CS expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Contracts, Billing, and Pricing with CS.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA core CS processes.
• Hands-on configuration, testing, and debugging.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Nice to have: CS integration with SD/MM.
• Nice to have: CS interfaces and integration scenarios.
• Nice to have: Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).

Responsibilities

• Lead the support and continuous improvement of SAP CS processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide functional expertise across core CS capabilities and configurations.
• Troubleshoot complex business and system issues, including hands-on configuration, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources.
• Provide design recommendations and ensure solutions align with SAP best practices.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, change requests, and enhancements.
• Mentor team members and provide leadership in support and delivery activities.
