Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA CS consultant for a global rollout based in Chestnut Ridge, NY. The candidate will be an expert in SAP’s Customer Service Module, setting up notifications, sales orders, and service orders, with focus on warranty processes and repair-type accounting.

The role includes configuring Account Indicator Fields and overseeing the flow from service center receipt back to the main factory for additional repairs as required.

Qualifications

• Expert with SAP’s Customer Service Module.
• Experience setting up Notification / Sales Order / Service Order processes.
• Experience with warranty and repair workflows in SAP CS.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a global S/4HANA CS rollout.
• Set up Notification, Sales Order and Service Order capabilities.
• Configure Account Indicator Fields for different repair types.
• Manage extended warranty sales and equipment master updates, including service-center receipt and return workflow.

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA CS consultant to assist our customer with an S/4 HANA global rollout.

The ideal candidate will be an expert with SAP’s Customer Service Module.

This includes setting it up through the standard Notification / Sales Order / Service Order and use of the Account Indicator Fields for the different types of repairs.

Includes sale of extended warranty and process for updating the equipment master with warranty details and setup of the receipt at service center and then ship back to main factory for additional repairs scenario.
