Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Concur Systems Administrator for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will administer the SAP Concur platform, manage user access, approval workflows, and policy configurations to ensure compliant expense processes.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT, HR, and external partners to optimize workflows, perform testing, maintain data integrity, and develop user guides to improve adoption and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Concur administration experience.
• Experience configuring expense policies and audit rules.
• Strong Excel, data validation, and data quality skills.
• Ability to explain technical system processes to users.
• Experience with Concur Travel and Concur Invoice is preferred.
• Experience with ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus.
• Must meet U.S. export-control requirements and qualify as a U.S. Person.

Responsibilities

• Administer SAP Concur platform: user profiles, access, workflows, and settings.
• Configure policies, audit rules, reimbursements, and allocations.
• Maintain access during onboarding/offboarding and role changes.
• Review updates, test impacts, and implement changes.
• Develop user guides and training to improve adoption.
• Monitor integrations with HR, ERP, and accounting systems.
• Build reports on spend, policy exceptions, and approvals.
