Job summary

Accion Labs seeks an experienced Salesforce UX Engineer to assess, redesign, and optimize enterprise digital workspace and onboarding experiences, with a focus on Salesforce Experience Cloud/Service Cloud. This role is 100% remote across the United States.

You will partner with Salesforce developers and stakeholders, conduct user research and journey mapping, and create wireframes, prototypes, and future-state designs to streamline the user journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer on enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing for Salesforce Experience Cloud/Service Cloud.
• Strong experience with UX research, journey mapping, workflow design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience with WalkMe for digital adoption and user guidance.
• Experience with Glassbox, FullStory, GA, or similar behavioral analytics tools.
• Experience working in SAFe Agile or enterprise Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to collaborate with developers and architects.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing digital workspace and onboarding experiences using user research, surveys, and behavioral data.
• Identify usability issues, navigation challenges, unnecessary steps, duplication, and workflow friction.
• Conduct user interviews, discovery sessions, journey mapping, and usability analysis.
• Design intuitive user journeys, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, forms, navigation, and interaction patterns.
• Create future-state UX recommendations focused on simplifying and consolidating the user experience.
• Design for Salesforce Experience Cloud / Service Cloud, balancing UX with Salesforce capabilities.
• Partner with Salesforce developers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and scalable.
• Use WalkMe for digital adoption, onboarding guidance, and user enablement.
• Use Glassbox, FullStory, Google Analytics, or similar tools to analyze user behavior and identify improvements.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and support iterative design and delivery.
• Conduct post-implementation UX reviews to ensure delivered functionality aligns with approved designs.
