Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role drives technical architecture across Salesforce implementations, with a strong focus on integrations, analytics, and scalable platform design.

The selected candidate will partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into technical solutions that improve decision-making and operational visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform in a technical role.
• End-to-end project implementation experience, including integrations with SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant and integration architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD solutions.
• Familiarity with PaaS & IaaS platforms like Heroku, AWS, and Azure.
• Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect).
• Full English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports.
• Translate business reporting requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide insights on building effective reports and dashboards.
• Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
• Establish best practices for dataflow and dashboard development.
• Set operations and refresh standards based on data strategy.
