Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead a major Salesforce transformation for a leader in Enterprise Technology. The role focuses on simplifying the current environment and delivering a scalable future-state design, partnering with technical, operational, and compliance stakeholders.

You will translate business needs into build-ready specifications and governance, applying deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, integrations, security, and end-to-end delivery in a complex enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of Salesforce experience, including 3 years as a lead architect.
• End-to-end delivery experience with a quote-to-cash implementation.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Flow, Apex, and declarative configuration.
• Experience with ERP integration, ideally NetSuite, using iPaaS solutions.
• Strong skills in security architecture, data migration, and release management.
• Self-directed with excellent documentation and specification skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current Salesforce environment and deliver a simplification plan within 90 days
• Translate high-level design into build-ready specifications and maintain a decision log
• Rebuild CPQ on the new product catalog with the required components for quoting
• Create an entitlement ledger to track purchases against consumed capacity
• Manage Salesforce integration with ERP systems, including field mapping and error handling
• Establish governance controls and permission models in compliance with HIPAA
• Plan and oversee the end-to-end rebuild process, including documentation and reporting
