College Internship Program (CIP) is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to lead Salesforce administration, system optimization, and integration efforts. The role supports Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, LMS, and related SaaS tools to enable secure, efficient operations.

The position emphasizes collaboration with National Office teams, a focus on data governance, and ongoing process improvements within a remote/Lee, MA setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of experience administering business software platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce administration.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Salesforce platform and configurations.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and security.
• Build and maintain Flow automations and dashboards.
