Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation with global project leadership.
• Strong expertise in Revenue Cloud and CPQ with hands-on Salesforce API experience.
• Proficiency with integration platforms like MuleSoft or Informatica and REST/SOAP services.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Technical or Application) are a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence) in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Design complex, multi-cloud Salesforce architectures spanning enterprise systems for scalability and performance.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical designs for Salesforce platforms and integrations.
• Lead implementation teams, review code, establish best practices, and mentor developers.
• Oversee end-to-end Salesforce integration with ERP, databases, and middleware.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn processes into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and propose innovations to improve delivery.
