Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years Salesforce experience.
• Proven Salesforce Solution Architect/Technical Architect/Lead experience delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
• Deep expertise across Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Architect solutions across Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC, and Industry Cloud.
• Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities with minimal customization.
• Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and integration patterns.
• Define and implement enterprise integration architectures using REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, and middleware.
