Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Salesforce Software Engineer to help shape how the U.S. commercial organization uses Salesforce to manage accounts, strengthen relationships, and drive growth.

You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-driven solutions, writing high-quality code to enhance selling capabilities and customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure deployments meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of Software Engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of OOP and proficiency in Apex or another language like C, C#, Java, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Solutions teams to translate business needs into Salesforce and Oracle CPQ-based solutions.
• Write, test, and maintain production-level code for Salesforce and Oracle CPQ integrations.
• Conduct root cause analysis on user-reported issues and implement scalable resolutions.
• Analyze requirements for new features and document technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom software, database components, and automated testing code.
• Manage changes through source code repositories and ensure production deployments.
• Coordinate QA and UAT testing activities before release.
• Collaborate with Release Management and Governance teams to meet standards.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption and enhance solution effectiveness.
