Job summary

HPTech Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead (Health Cloud) to guide cross-functional teams in a remote, contract arrangement.

You will drive sprint ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery of Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud initiatives. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Salesforce delivery, strong facilitation and communication skills, and hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and Salesforce DevOps tools.

Qualifications

7 years Salesforce delivery experience, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Proven Scrum Master experience leading sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement.
Experience in fast-paced implementation projects.
Ability to remove blockers and keep teams focused on sprint goals.
Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and Salesforce DevOps tools.

Responsibilities

Lead sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with product owners, BAs, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
Track sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
Facilitate continuous improvement and remove delivery blockers.
