Job summary

MetaPhase Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Release Manager with 8+ years of experience to plan and coordinate scheduled software releases in support of organizational strategy. You will work with multiple teams across the SDLC to ensure quality, consistency, and timely releases, and report metrics to leadership.

The role is mostly remote with some client meetings in Springfield, VA; candidates must reside in the DC Metro area and be US citizens.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience.
Proficiency in using the Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Proficiency in Salesforce Release Management.
US citizenship is required (No exceptions).

Responsibilities

Recommend process improvements for the Salesforce release process across all development teams.
Conduct technical code reviews and unit testing.
Support testing and defect fixes as needed.
Participate in daily scrum and project status calls to provide updates.
Create and manage technical documentation as required.
Coordinate with COE leads for task prioritization, issue resolution and escalations.
Responsible for code release and deployment activities.
Review project execution plans.
