Job summary

CMT Services, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Release Manager to support and coordinate the release process across multiple Salesforce orgs. You will work closely with development, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and quality releases.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce release management, Salesforce Administrator or Developer experience, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. This full-time position is based at the University of Maryland Global Campus in Adelphi, MD.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce release management, ideally across multiple Salesforce orgs.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline management.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Copado fundamentals certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using Salesforce platform.
• Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, and advanced flows.
• Document processes, errors, and changes.
