Cherokee Federal is seeking a Salesforce QA Tester to support a federal Salesforce modernization initiative, including Classic to Lightning migration. You will develop and execute test plans, validate configuration and custom development, test integrations, and manage defects in a regulated environment.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce QA experience, knowledge of Salesforce automation, and the ability to support testing across Agile releases. Remote work options with U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce architecture/consulting with Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
• DoD/Federal GovCloud IL4/IL5 experience.
• QA/testing in an Agile delivery environment with test planning, test case development, and defect management.
• Design and execute test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria, including exception paths.
• Hands-on testing Salesforce apps including declarative configuration and automation (Flow).
• Must be a US Citizen and pass pre-employment qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Coordinate with government leads and Product Owners to understand acceptance criteria and testing scope.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing across sprints and releases.
• Validate declarative configurations and automations such as Flow, approvals, validation rules, and Lightning App Builder.
• Test custom development (Apex, LWC) and backend validation using SOQL as needed.
• Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Log, track, and manage defects in Jira or Azure DevOps with clear reproduction steps and severity.
