Job summary
Cherokee Federal is seeking a Salesforce QA Tester to support a federal Salesforce modernization initiative, including a Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration. This role develops and executes test plans, validates Salesforce configuration and custom development, and manages defects across Agile releases.

Qualifications
- Four+ years QA/testing in an Agile environment.
- Experience testing Salesforce declarative config and automation (Flow).
- Experience validating Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test scripts across Salesforce configuration and integration work.
- Collaborate with government leads to define acceptance criteria and release timing.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
- Validate declarative configuration, automation, and Lightning components.
- Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Log, track, and manage defects with Jira or Azure DevOps.
