Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Salesforce QA Tester to support the Agentforce initiative for a government client, delivering AI agent capabilities on the Salesforce Public Sector Solutions platform.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, executing tests across Salesforce configuration, custom development (Apex, LWC, Flow), and validating integrations; QA in Agile releases; tracking defects in Jira or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years in QA/testing in an Agile environment.
• Experience testing Salesforce apps including declarative configuration and automation (Flow).
• Experience validating Apex, LWC, triggers, and SOQL; REST/SOAP APIs integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts across Salesforce configurations and integrations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners/government leads to confirm acceptance criteria and release timing.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT testing across sprints and releases.
• Validate prompt templates and grounding in source data; test non-deterministic AI outputs.
• Log, track, and manage defects using Jira or Azure DevOps with clear repro steps and severity.
