Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Salesforce QA Analyst to lead QA efforts for Salesforce solutions. You will develop test strategies, plan end-to-end testing, and oversee execution across data, environments, and use cases. The role emphasizes automation, UAT training, and defect-tracking discipline.

You will work with cross-functional teams, driving go/no-go decisions while improving test coverage and performance. Strong Salesforce testing experience and Jira/qTest familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Testing experience with Salesforce Platform (strongly desired).
• Expert level grasp of Quality Assurance fundamentals.
• Hands on test development and execution background in a Salesforce platform is a plus.
• Extensive experience with test automation.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, etc.).
• Familiarity with enterprise test automation suites (Tosca, Tosca DI, Selenium).
• Tosca certification 1&2 (preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of Agile practices and Jira.
• Knowledge of test management tools (Jira, qTest).
• Basic software development and scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of test strategies and end-to-end test planning including data, environments and use cases.
• Oversee test execution and go-no-go decisions with stakeholders.
• Automate test cases and scenarios; provide workshops and standards for UAT practices.
• Configure and manage test environments and data related to strategies.
• Monitor defect metrics and drive improvements across releases.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure test coverage.
