Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, project coordination, or PMO support.
• Understanding of government program delivery environments and compliance considerations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platforms in enterprise delivery environments.
• Experience supporting technology or software implementation projects.
• Experience maintaining schedules, risk/issue logs, and executive-level status reporting.
• Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messages for technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; sound judgment on issue resolution or escalation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and sustainment activities in support of customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, architects, and Agile delivery teams.
• Prepare and deliver recurring project status reports covering schedule performance, milestones, risks, issues, deliverables, and key metrics for program leadership and government stakeholders.
• Support scope and change management, including intake and routing of change requests.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, stakeholder briefings, and decision-making sessions.
• Support resource coordination, onboarding logistics, and team readiness.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for the customer, anticipating needs and surfacing issues early.
• Partner with program leadership to identify delivery trends and opportunities that inform planning and roadmaps.
• Contribute to process improvement and maturation of delivery practices across teams.
