Productiv Team in Rockville, MD is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams of Consultants, Software Engineers, and Designers on medium and large IT projects from initiation to launch.

You will manage multiple client engagements, define scope, budgets, and requirements, and drive projects using Agile, Scrum, and traditional methodologies while keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams on technical projects.
• Experience with agile methodologies, scrum, waterfall, and software development processes.
• Experience managing project risks, scope, budget, and schedule.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large IT projects leveraging Salesforce to deliver solutions.
• Define scope and budgets with clients and document approvals.
• Plan projects from initiation to launch using Agile and Scrum rituals.
• Motivate cross-functional teams and coordinate with resource management.
• Monitor scope, budget, schedule, and ensure quality compliance.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and mitigate risks.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through seamless project execution.
• Keep project platforms up to date (Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Navigate scope and budget discussions with clients.
